If Petliking Selections didn’t meet your expectation, we will offer our customers a 30-Day Return Guarantee from purchase date.
Order Cancellation:
- Petliking.com accepts an order cancellation before the product is shipped.
- If the order is canceled you will get a full refund immediately.
- We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected the item(s) back from you. After it is approved, we will process refunds within 14 business days.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Undamaged and Unused products may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the order date.
- Returns must include all accessories and original packaging materials.
- Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.

- If it is a no-reason return and there is no problem with the received product, a return shipping fee varying from $19.99 to $60 will be deducted from your refund. The specific fee is subject to communication.

I've put off purchasing a robot litterbox for quite a while and finally had the thought "I really don't have to do this" while scooping last time. Setup was easy, cat immediately took to it. It works as advertised. No more scooping. Also due to the design there's much less litter getting outside the box. I'm very pleased.
So far so good, good quality. Instructions can be a little hard to understand. But set up was pretty easy
The price held me back but having two cats this is a mandatory purchase. This has been such a payment of my time back and coming home to no smell is so amazing! They are loving it and so am I! So much easier to keep up.
