- If the order is canceled you will get a full refund immediately.
- We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected the item(s) back from you. After it is approved, we will process refunds within 14 business days.

I love this cat tree with the hidden litter box, it's big but definitely worth it.
This was easy to assemble and very sturdy. It fits the space perfectly and hides a visible litter box that annoyed me for years. My cats love sleeping on it and it's just so much nicer to look at. Great idea having a cat tree above the hidden box.
Assembly was time consuming but the instructions made the job easy. My cat loves it and we no longer have to figure out where to put the litter box. This worked out great. Don't think about it, just buy it.
This cat tree is made out of good quality wood and the fabric is amazingly soft! Easy to put together and it was perfect!
